Two Republican presidential candidates and both Democratic candidates are on Time Magazine's list of The 100 Most Influential People of 2016.
The magazine placed them and other notable American politicians from both parties among a list of artists, athletes, world leaders, and celebrities. They are on the list because, according to the magazine, "they each embody a breakthrough: they broke the rules, broke a record, broke the silence, broke the boundaries to reveal what they're capable of."
"To expect Donald Trump to conform to the 'norms' of business and politics is like expecting a square peg to fit in a round hole. It's just not going to happen," Republican Congresswoman Renee Elmers wrote in Trump's profile.
"If ever there were a time for Americans to have a ferocious leader in the White House advocating for us, it's now," she wrote.
Ted Cruz's list entry calls him the "conservative crusader." In Cruz's list profile, Wisconsin's Gov. Scott Walker wrote, "Ted Cruz is unique in politics today as he is actually doing the things that he said he would do."(continued)

What about John?
He was on the cover of “Sons of Mailmen” quarterly.
Cruz is a pretty a inconsequential person to be on a top 100 list of anything save US Senators.
Did you say that the year Sarah Palin was on this list?

Square pegs who fit in round holes lose their uniqueness and certainly their identity, just becoming one more of the crowd.
A man of Trump’s drive, intelligence and ability has no need to become one of the crowd. WE the people EXPECT him to be DIFFERENT. We are sick and tired of politics a usual!
I’ll have to subscribe.

Conservative as in FRAUD.
A conservative who promised to support the “Audit the Fed” bill but was no where to be found for the vote?
A “conservative” who voted for the TPA before he got caught selling out America’s interests?
A conservative who didn’t know he was a Canadian Citizen when he ran for the Senate and was seated as a foreigner in our nations 100?
A Canadian who thumbed his nose at the Constitution and continues to hide his personal records from scrutiny?
The establishment are all lined up to kiss his butt in order to hopefully stop Trump. I wonder what he was promised in order to act out the role of the ceremonial sacrifice for the continued sellout to the Globalists who ALL support him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am quite impressed that Time magazine is still around. I wonder who would actually pay for to read that POS anymore.
Feel better now that you got that out of your system?
Not my fault you are part of the Deniers who refuse to see Cruz for the FRAUD he is!
What’s a ‘TIME’ magazine?
How is it going with Trump advocating higher taxes, path to citizenship, and queers in your bathroom? Maybe another bankruptcy to shaft investors is coming.
Once a liberal always a liberal.
Oops, I forgot pro abortion. Now that is a conservative.
I thought Palin was very consequential. McCain had no campaign whatsoever absent her. Then as time progressed she had major impact in rebuilding the strength lost in 2006 and 2008 for right leaning people. Even Beck - pre-dementia - was highly influential with his truly million man March to Washington. But I see nothing like that whatsoever with Cruz.
Has anyone actually seen a Time magazine in the last 20-30 years? I haven’t.
