You DO realize that we vote for representatives all the time. In fact that is how we elect our umm, REPRESENTATIVES to Congress. You attempt to use the logical fallacy of a straw man to try and assert that I and other hate it when the public votes. You can’t be more wrong. I love it when the public votes. As precinct captain I worked hard to get people to the caucus TO ELECT THEIR PRECINCT DELEGATE (representative).

When the nation and Constitution was first established, the citizens voted for their state representatives and in turn, those representatives elected our national Senators.

What the hell is wrong with me? Better question, what the hell is wrong with you? Why do you want to allow the populace, democrat. welfare values to run this nation? Because that is what you are going to get if you take out the representatives. Our nation is a Republic - NOT a democracy. Perhaps you should learn not only the difference but why it matters.

Let me ask you this. Do you support or oppose the electoral college and why?

Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow.  Really?  Garsh, you're knowedge base is super impressive.  Thank you Mr. Wizzard.

In fact that is how we elect our umm, REPRESENTATIVES to Congress.

No, it is not how we elect our representatives to Congress.  You don't even know that we vote directly for our Representatives.

You thought we picked delegates who then select our Representatives?  Really?

BTW: I already know water comes out of the faucet when you turn the knob, but thanks in advance for that bit of informaiton sure to follow these lead in superlatives.

You attempt to use the logical fallacy of a straw man to try and assert that I and other hate it when the public votes.

Listen Twiddle Dum, the primaries are a long accepted form of the public chosing who our nominee will be.  They vote on the up and up.  There are no back room deals.  The party can't control it, and pinheads like you are not able to manipulate the process.

You can’t be more wrong.

B. S.  You love it when the caucuses are held, the RNC keeps a firm grip on the process, and they maniuplate who gets the nod.  Your days of pulling this nonsense are over bub.

I love it when the public votes.

No you don't.  You love it when the caucuses are manipulated.

As precinct captain I worked hard to get people to the caucus TO ELECT THEIR PRECINCT DELEGATE (representative).

Just as I said.  You're a know-nothing nimrod.

To you it seesm perfectly fine to have the caucus back room deals wind up with Ted Cruz getting all the delegates, while the Republican base votes in an entirely different direction.

You are a GOPe Dupe either by choice or ignorance.

Tell us oh mighty Kong, what makes a delegate more intelligent than a voter.  This isn't a situation that calls for an intermediary.  Again, what the hell is wrong with you?

When the nation and Constitution was first established, the citizens voted for their state representatives and in turn, those representatives elected our national Senators.

I'm not certain that wasn't better, but it is not our senator or nominee for senator we're talking about here.  Straw man much?

Hmmm, and how long has that been replaced?  100 years?  150 years?

Perhaps we should all be riding around in a horse and buggy, taking the stage coach across the nation, and waiting two weeks for a letter from the coast.

Those systems were put in place in a day when not everyone had a good education.  It was thought that more learned people should make the decisions.

Today everyone has access to an education, and everyone has a right to decide for themselves, not have an intermediary decide for them.

And when it comes to the presidency, everything should be above board, not done in back room deals..

What the hell is wrong with me?

Where to begin?  Good grief you're a total moron.

You're not my better.  None of your delegates are my better.  We have a society where everyone has access to information and can make informed decisions.  What century do you think your in?  The 500th, with the founders of Islam?

Better question, what the hell is wrong with you?

Yes, imagine a person like me wanting the public to vote their will and not your's or the GOPe's will.  Screw you and the donkey you rode in on.

Why do you want to allow the populace, democrat. welfare values to run this nation?

Listen braintrust, the Republicans have had the Senate and the House now for two years.  What did they do to stop any of that?  ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

And yet these are the very people you defend, because they are representatives acting on our behalf.

Now, with this on the record, you want to argue that representatives are best to decide who delegates go for, Cruz or Trump.  Reince?  Is that you?

Because that is what you are going to get if you take out the representatives.

Your ignorance is doubled down on with each new sentence.  I have not advocated we do away with Representatives or Senators.  You changed to topic to that to muddy the waters.

Does this logic really fly with the people you talk to in person?  I've seldom discussed these matters with someone this stupid, and you're bragging to me you're a precinct captain?

Gosh, what could go wrong there?

It is nice to get this sterling example of what problems we face getting this system fixed.

Getting idiots like you out of this process will be great for starters.

Our nation is a Republic - NOT a democracy.

Listen puddin, I don't need you to explain the finer workings of our nation, especially with what you've already revealed to me.

Perhaps you should learn not only the difference but why it matters.

You are a delusional peckerhead.

Let me ask you this. Do you support or oppose the electoral college and why?

Let me explain something to you.  If you're ignorant enough to think comparing the elctoral college to the Colorado Caucus is apples to apples, you're too ignorant to be discussing these issues.

We have an Executive branch, a Legistlative branch, and a Judicial branch of govenrment.  If we voted directly for the members of all three, it would not make us a democracy.

We would still be a Republic.

We would still have a representative form of government.

The caucuses are as corrupt as they can be.

They should reflect the will of the people.  I don't think they would ever reflect it exactly, but there should be some resemblence of the public will at large.

Trump is ahead in every national poll by large margins.  He is winning almost every state with direct elections, and yet the caucuses are going to Ted Cruz almost every time.

C O R R U P T I O N - E X I S T S

Deal with it..
