Did I mention that I HATE the term “accidental discharge”? Negligent discharge is the case 99.9% of the time.

Depends on who makes the claim. The guy usually says "accidental" and woman says "negligent"....

Thinking people say negligent. “Accident” implies something beyond the control of the participant. “Negligent” lays blame.
