I doubt that. Jews aren't immune from the law, and the criminal code article isn't anti-semitic. The article is against my idea of free speech, like some other laws in other countries, but that's another issue.

They aren’t but this dude is additionally a US resident/dual citizenship holder and “respected scholar” according to far left circles hence the “fallout” would be too big... so I’m afraid the whole case will be processed forever or at least till this nasty grandpa kicks the bucket.
