(Oregon Standoff) (Proper) Oregonian-Gavin Seim-"It's Not Working To Compromise

Gavin Seim (at :07)...The first step in restoration...starts with repentance and a lot of people don't like to hear this and what I'm get getting at here is not that you need to be in church with me on Sunday or you need to believe the way I do. I unashamedly proclaim Christ as my Savior and I see the world around us, I see including the Republicans, the Patriots, the Conservatives whatever all these names have become to me, we're constantly seeking any Savior except the real one.

We're seeking political candidates and we're always making excuses for them, we're always looking for ways to say 'well they're going to fight for us'.

How much more do we need to see people suffer before we recognize it's not working to compromise, it's not working.

The politicians and those with the power now say 'Well you have to vote for us, we're the only ones that can win'. They demonize and they accuse us and say 'If you don't vote for him you're voting for Hitler' and most of these politicians are no different......(at 1:35) none of these Patriots should be in jail, they should all be out immediately. Do we agree with that? (Crowd) YES!...(Applause)

(Gavin Seim) Not one of our presidential candidates has said that. Was it so hard to say, did it take so much courage to say 'the innocent should not be abused'. We should hang our head in shame if we call these men heroes. These men are not stepping up for liberty...."

Gavin Seim speaks in Salem, Oregon on Monday urging freedom for the imprisoned Patriots in Oregon, calling for repentance and confronting the silence of the Presidential candidates on the imprisonment of the Patriots.

Seim doesn't diss supporting candidates, but says it will take more than elections to change things and I heartily agree.

Martin Luther King's civil disobedience forced the Democrats to change, it may take something like that to shame the Republicans into defending liberty in Oregon and the country in general.

That these men faced what they did virtually alone says it all about the state of our nation. We are trained seals, indoctrinated with the notion that as long as we protect our little personal space that everything will be alright. It just doesn’t compute with most people that what’s happening to the Oregon protesters will eventually happen to us all in one way or another unless we stand up and put an end to the progression of evil intent.

The American people are still of the mind that “someone”, a lawyer, a politician or a patriotic force will stand up and right things. It’s not going to happen. Things have gone too far. History, I’m afraid, is getting ready to repeat itself yet again, this time in America.

Not one of our presidential candidates has said that.

I'm a presidential candidate and I've said it.
