Maybe add the following as a third choice: “I don’t approve of the United States of America, or any single state, but I demand that one of them give me free money to support me and my dependents.”
These “students” go on and on about how bad the USA is and how they hate the flag, but you couldn’t force them to leave the USA and all the luxuries and benefits that they get from living here...
