I was in Armed Forces Police in NYC in 1967. During an anti draft protest at Whitehall Street a pal of mine and I frog marched the leader of the Draft Resistance League to the head of the line and held his hand up as they read the Oath, one of the better days of my short career a Cop.

I would like to see national service as a precondition for a LOT of things in this country. Not necessarily the military, but some form of doing something away from mama and counselors for a couple of years to demonstrate to the participation trophy recipients that:
> they may not be that f-—ing special after all, and
> there is a difference between being “hurt” and intimidated by words than actually feeling pain.

Part of the program to make briwnshirts. You will never hear them blame terrorists for killing civilians or black live matters looting people, but a non-stand off in Oregon resulting in the murder of a white rancher opposing FBI agents, now, mthat is a terrorist for them.
The whole language is of statist programmed perception: uniformed agent = good , civilians victims of terror = who needs to care more than uniformed agent?
