why is USA afflicted nowadays with so many of the Unqualified, the incompetent, enemy infiltrator agents, and outright fakes as candidates (or office-holders in the case in our WH today)?
just wondering... (and why aren’t they immediately dismissed or weeded out?)
I wrote for a student newspaper in the 1970’s. They were iridescently left wing, all student newspapers. They grew up to run the media. Virtually every single person in an executive position in the media today is an unreformed red diaper baby.
Today’s students are incredibly vacuous and ignorant, in part because the professorate and school teachers are cut from the same Bernie Sanders Ben and Jerry cloth. They only offer one viewpoint, and hardly teach anything but statism and socialism.
My answer would be: Because people have lost all traces of discernment and have been Kardashian-Konditioned. There is no sense of rectitude nor morality because all such behavior has been officially classified as racist if you even think about criticizing it. They cannot help themselves but gawk at this and the next and the next-next shiny object. Thus the shiny object gets the attention, and it is the attention itself that becomes the news. All the way from Fox News to that protestor who stormed Trump and hundreds of other examples.
