The Idaho Second Amendment Alliance has placed this image on their facebook page. S 1389 is now on its way to Governor Butch Otter for signature. I think the chance of a veto is very low.

When Governor Otter signs this bill, Idaho will become the ninth state with Permitless or "Constitutional" carry.

Gov. Butch Otter. Is that his real name or a nickname?
To: marktwain
Shame on Texas for not being one of the first.

Nick name. Clement Leroy Otter would be his full name.

It’s OK. Nobody in Idaho has a gun.

Another win and a step forward.

Yep, mine all got lost whilst fishing on the Boise river. Such a shame.

With a name like that, he otter sign the bill.
I saw him on TV once. Seemed like someone you'd enjoy having a beer with, but evidently had a wild enough youth that he has no ambitions for national office.
