Her statements are just parsed with lawyer speak. Worthless as pertains to actual truth.
According to Judge Andrew Napolitano, NOTHING is ever marked “classified”. It is not a term they use. They say “secret, or top secret”. Her statements are meaningless, and the judges says her repeated denials and use of the term “classified” are sure to annoy FBI Director Coomey.

That is to say that the bearer cannot show the material to someone he knows has a TS clearance unless that person is on the allowed list for that material. As with any classified material the prime consideration is "the need to know."
I worked in the Telecommunications Control Center with a Top Secret clearance, but if I had to go in the Comm Center upstairs the guys on duty had to sanitize the room by covering any classified material. The material they covered was the same material I worked on at my previous duty station, but at that time I did not have "the need to know."
Hillary is a criminal. There are long standing rules to protect our National Security. She cannot make things up as she goes along.

Using the same argument, you can tell anyone classified information as long as your words are not marked classified when they come out of your mouth.

The better explanation is that she was supposed to use only secure email and was supposed to mark it and secure it as required by the sensitivity of the information.
There is no one there to mark your outbound emails with those marks. Government employees take training on how to handle such information because the employee is expected to do this work.
If the material was sent improperly, all blame is ONLY on her. PERIOD!

If I was Comey I'd push the DOJ for a recommendation of indictment for the tiniest infraction.
If Obama falls for that and pardons her, then release the biggest document dump on the DOJ.
