This nonsense is from a die hard leftist perspective. It shows how well our culture has been turned upside down.
Every time I see reminders like this my temper boils a tad knowing this once great nation never had to be trashed in the first place. Knowing that if we had a genuine two party system, two opposing parties adhering to the Constitution, and always finding solutions in the peoples best interest, we would not be where we are at today.
IMO, the biggest problem is the Republican party, instead of giving good opposition, they just let the dems go farther and farther left, and then just following along, giving them whatever they want.
Americans know this, that’s why the GOPe is toast. Even if Hitlery wins, the GOPe is toast. They will be replaced.
Gun control, in some ways, is a proxy for persecuting Christians, since many of them are also gun owners. They take Luke 22:36 to heart.
Which one in Cat 1 do you think does not apply to libs?

I’m an extremist.
I would refuse to serve someone who believed being gay meant I was obligated to serve him.
I have attempted (successfully) to convert others to my faith.
I have taught my children that same sex relationships are a violation of God’s word and are wrong. (And that there is way too much emphasis on “gay”, which is an intentional distraction by the left to keep us from doing God’s work)
I believe that same sex relationships are both gross and immoral.
I actively protest government policies that conflict with my religion or with the religious rights of Jews.
I even believe in refraining from sex until marriage, donate generously to my church, read the Bible in public, attend church weekly, and volunteer to help those in need (work a soup kitchen weekly).
It doesn’t get more extremist than me - except those who blow themselves or others up for their faith, but that’s not extremist, it’s diversity, and who are we to judge them?
Scored Zero on the Religious Extremist test, but 90% on the gubmint’s extremist test, aced them all but for the religion stuff.
Of course I am, and have been accused of being one on FR because I said I am a born again Christian.
Some of the links in the 72 items list are incorrect. For example, the “Oppose Agenda 21” link goes to the Army memorandum, which does support many of the other points on the list, but does not mention Agenda 21.

The problem with this characterization is the phrasing:
“ refusing to serve a customer whose lifestyle conflicted with their beliefs”
The word “serve” is misleading.
The actual cases in court require PARTICIPATION OR IMPLICIT ENDORSEMENT or FACILITATION.
Wedding Cakes, Floral arrangements, Photography, B&B rentals, Wedding Venues.

My quick googling of “Torah Jews” finds a number of sites which imply that Torah Jews are “opposed to the Zionist state of Israel”. Is this true?

There are some Haredi ultra Orthodox sects/movements/dynasties/whatever that are anti-Zionist, and a small population. They can hold whatever opinion they want in a free country.
Every individual who contributed to this government document should be sent to a Constitutional Reeducation Camp. Those who cannot be reeducated should be lined up against the wall and shot.
(A play on Billy-Boy Ayers estimate that 25 million or so conservatives who can’t be reeducated will have to be eliminated when “they” take over.)
