This judge is a b1tch who just wants to b1tch about the law. Her uncle can, at no cost, obtain a picture ID from the state. I would suggest the judge drive her uncle to obtain such an ID and the STFU.
My mom is very elderly if she did not have her retired military ID I would drive her immediately to get a photo ID from the state!!! GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!
