Duke’s recent non-endorsement appears at YouTube.

Duke hasn’t been in the Klan for about 30 years, and hasn’t even lived in the United States for the last 10 or 15 years. As a private citizen he has the right to say whatever he wants, there is no proof that Trump sought his endorsement.

I would be willing to bet that if someone really shakes Bill and Hillary Clinton’s tree, there will be more than one Klansman fall out since they were involved in democrat politics in AR back when there still was a real Klan operating. Then there is Robert Byrd, a famous Klansman, and who Hillary expressed her great admiration of. Then there was Hugo Black whom FDR appointed to the Supreme Court, a very solid Klansman, who wrote the “separation of church and state” ruling. Then there is Margaret Sanger, who also was a supporter of the Klan, and is a democrat hero.

I wouldn’t want David Duke’s endorsement:

“In 1980, Duke left the Klan and formed the National Association for the Advancement of White People (NAAWP), a white nationalist organization.”

I knew when Trump started to look like he was going to take it all, that the Democrats and their RINO/GOPe collaborators would drag out their old mainstay smear tactic --- have some KKK person claim that he is going to vote for Trump or whoever. They do it every single time.

I've watched the political scene in America for decades. Every time someone becomes popular who the governing political establishment doesn't like, out come the KKK, David Duke, or claims of being a white supremacist racist. Every single time.
