Rubio’s line about Trump selling watches if he didn't inherit $200 million (a complete lie) was about as repulsive a comment as I've heard and so telling of how insidious the GOPe is.

This may be deep-end conspiracy theory, I don't know, but here goes:

I'm DEEPLY concerned that Cruz would make that statement allying with Rubio instead of staying impartial. Here's why: it's a no-brainer that you can't have BOTH Cubans who quite likely aren't Natural Born Citizens (if it gets an honest hearing) on the same ticket. So, what is Cruz's agenda? My next thought was, with their murky backgrounds (in terms of NBC or even citizenship), how is this any different from Obama being propped up into the WH, in spite of the question marks in his heritage?

How do we know this isn't the very kind of situation we fear "in the future" if NBC requirements are ignored, that two daddies weren't sent here from Cuba steering their sons toward dominating politics. Is anyone really comfortable with the two Cubans doing racist bonding, hoping to overwhelm the process? I just plain DO NOT LIKE that they're trying to shove Trump and everyone else aside, for who knows what agenda.

I don't think these thoughts are as crazy as they first seem. Together, they're a globalist's wet dream (my bad), having them both controlled by being blackmailed with the threat of their ineligibility.

I haven't heard ONE WORD from either Rubio or Cruz speaking of the rights of non-Hispanic minorities who are US citizens, or the plight of other low-income US citizens, for that matter.

Fire away, folks. It's all speculation. But it is a discomforting highjacking of our attempts to change things in DC.
