The degree of expenditure by the Bush faction approaches the criminal level.
Why? Is it public money? Tax dollars? Stolen? Donations from drug cartels and therefore subject to RICO laws? Just because he FOOLISHLY spent money that was donated to him by foolish people in good faith, doesn't make it even close to criminal!
