Does anyone know when this site is going to fix the cut and paste code? When John finds out how. Meanwhile, we soldier on, using the converter at http://dan.hersam.com/tools/smart-quotes.html.
And/or using “ ‘ ” ’ (in lieu of using the single and double quotation keys) to display “ ‘ ” ’ .
If it is any consolation, it seems that mac users, or else I in particular, have it worse in that I do not associate the problem strictly with cut and paste text.
