You have no idea this family’s situation or what they had to do and what they may have had to go through to give that dog up. IT’S A DOG. I have three of them, and I love them, but I understand their place.
I know they took her to the county pound where she’d be put down if not adopted. I know I don’t see any comments from them about how sad they were to have to part with the dog that saved them from a fire, burning herself due to jumping through the flames several times trying to wake them and get them out.
What do you know?
Not me, my dog is with me for life, no matter what. I would find a way and no, she is not just a dog, she is family.
And my dogs are part of my family-that is their place!
