Don’t let the media do your thinking for you, that’s what the government has done for the past eight years.
While the juvenile FoxNews/Google debate was underway last night, this is what was going down in the enemy camp, where President Barack Obama made his final address to the House Democratic Caucus retreat as president.
“Democrats will win in November and we will have a Democratic president succeed me,†he said.
“On a night where much of the media’s attention is focused on Donald Trump’s refusal to participate in the GOP debate in Iowa, Obama referenced the Republican front-runner when making his case for a multilateral foreign policy: “We’re not going to strengthen our leadership around the world by allowing politicians to insult Muslims or pit groups of Americans against each other,†he said.
We have loads of communist liberals posting on FR. Hope that we see through these idiots and stick with Trump.

In a sane world that was not being run by the mediots, Trump would have never gotten off the ground.
In that vein, everyone has been cowed by the mediots, and will not articulate any position that is opposed to their worldview.
Except Trump.
If others had started staking out positions similar to Trump, stood by them, and not relied on the mediots for exposure, Trump would be an also ran. Since they surrendered their testicles to the mediots, Trump is the front runner for good reason.
The success of Trump has been his willingness to not back down when the mediots get the vapors, but double down on his position and give the mediots a swift kick in the arse as a reminder.
You would think that the other candidates would have picked up on this by now, and joined Trump in his combat with the mediots and their worldview. Only Cruz has tepidly joined in, the rest have cowered in fear.
Is Trump the best, most capable, etc.? Probably not, but he’s got the one thing it takes to succeed in this world....BALLS.

There’s not a poster on FR that could ever change my mind, ditto for the media.
Part of being an American is the freedom to make up your own mind, based on what the candidates are saying, and doing.
Slamming the candidates that I favor only strengthens my resolve to stick to my own judgement.
I don’t smear the ones who are not my choice, I just don’t support them. We’re all aware that trolls and dems frequent the board, and I take their comments with a grain of salt. They reek of Desparation.
Although the media deserves a lot of credit, there are a ton of folks that happily keep sending Boehner’s, McConnell’s, McCain’s, Graham’s, etc to congress term after term after term.
It’s not just the media that needs to be outed and ridiculed; the voters who consistently inflict RINOs on the nation need to be publicly called out and ridiculed for their part too.

Yes - the constituency that knowingly, willingly and *repeatedly* inflicts he likes of boehner, mcconnell, mccain, graham, etc on the rest of the nation by re-electing them over and over and over and over. It’s not like their records are any secret. Those voters can’t plausibly say, “they didn’t know any better”. They vote with their hands held out — like Iowans *demanding* a RINO to promise them their corn subsidies when the nation is already 19-trillion (and growing) in the hole.
What would you do? Congratulate them? Celebrate suicidal voting behaviors? Opine that we need more voters like the one’s in KY, OH and MS who keep foisting RINO’s on the rest of us? Now I can appreciate that you might think honey draws more flies than vinegar; however, these mouth-breathers have demonstrated time and time again that they only vote for the “Santa Claus” the TV tells them to vote for. They don’t respond to logic and reason. Judging by Trump’s popularity, they *DO* respond positively to someone spewing insults, invective and ridicule.
So yeah. I think they should be ridiculed, *righteously*. Why the objection? Did you vote for Boehner or something?
