I don’t believe that such an opinion will be found. The SCOTUS seems pretty clear in their opinion of what a NBC is and it isn’t someone born in a foreign country to a foreign parent. Blackstone also agrees, you are a natural born citizen of the country that birthed you with few exceptions.
