The classification of Hassan as "workplace violence" and assorted other tidbits ebbed and flowed in the news. I would not say that a 2012 remark was odd, I doubt Trump was leading the press to disclose the cockamamie way Obama handled the incident, or the cockamamie schedule of press reports on the subject. It was in the news, hot and cold, like every other story. I assume it was hot around the time he twitted.
You can put together a case, but don't expect everybody to hallucinate the same inferences that you do.
