I haven’t watched him lately so haven’t noticed breathing problems. I haven’t been able to stand his views lately, but I wish no ill will on the man.

When Charles Krauthammer was in his first year of medical school, he lost the use of his legs in a diving board accident when he dove headfirst into a pool, hitting the bottom and damaging his spinal cord. He has learned to use his hands. The paralysis has also affected the muscles he uses to breath. He has learned to compensate for that muscle dysfunction which is noticeable in a laborious breathing.
He's hyperventilating over the leaders in the GOP. It's hard to hyperventilate when you're a quadriplegic.
