Absolutely on point! Cruz would be better to bide his time until the next election, when a few more conservatives are on the Supreme Court thanks to the predicted regime change, to ask for this ruling. However, he’s “invested” in this run now so has to continue, but his candidacy is flawed and I think he has sunk his chances this time around.
