Somewhere out there....there’s some plan B for the convention where people unhinge themselves from both Hillary and Bernie, and they find some individual to show up and get the votes.That individual is Joe Biden (not that he's such a great candidate - it just shows how weak their bench is.) It's no coincidence that he's been letting people know he regrets his decision not to run. If Bernie takes Iowa and New Hampshire, the hurry up call will be made to the bullpen for Biden to start warming up.
