According to the clause in Article I, Section 8, of the United States Constitution, there are certain criteria required to be met in order for the federal government to own land within a State
The issue in Oregon, where an armed militia is standing up to the federal government, as they did at the Bundy Ranch in Nevada, isn’t as much about ranchers burning a fire line on the edge of their property to protect their own property (and it getting away from them and burning into “federal landâ€), whether or not the Hammond family even wants the “armed militia†there in their town, or that the “armed†militia is willing to occupy a ranch on the edge of federal space in the first place.
I don’t believe, as the media and some of the police does, that these militia members want to overthrow the county and federal government hoping for some kind of nationwide “blood in the streets†coup. It is really all about government authority, and if the federal government is functioning within the “realm of authorities granted by the Constitution.â€
Idiots who got their land stolen should be right there protesting as well.
We all know this is Agenda 21 pushing people off their lands.

Just who took their land and put them on a refugee camp, I mean reservation.
I suspect that on holidays and hunting season, the tribe plays its Indian card, and enjoys free run of the Preserve.
Santilli signed off just about 20 minutes ago. I had his feed playing on my iPad all day today...what an amazing day! The sheriff came out and shook hands with Ammon Bundy, there was a constant stream of locals and some folks from further out Washington and Northern California stopping by, bringing food and stopping to talk to Santilli and tell their stories. One rancher was asked if he was afraid of having his land taken, and he said, “Anyone around here who owns property should be afraid of that. This did not just start a few years ago. My family has been here since the 1950s and people all over the county have been run off their land. You always know it’s just a matter of time before they focus on your little piece.” By the end of the day, they were all sitting around a campfire and just hanging out. The MSM could really take some tips from what went on today but you know they won’t. I’m still waiting to see if they mention any of it on tonight’s news (so far, nothing). I imagine they’d just like to make it all go away, but all the trucks were still out there tonight.
Oregon is nearly gone to the Wildlands project. Rep Walden says there is another monument in the works in the next county.

If you look at the North American Wildways map, Oregon is covered.
Go home Bundys. Those people are all googoo over the sheriff who is deranged. Save yourselves for people who care.
