I was shocked when Obama was able to run for President when there were questions about what "natural born citizen" means. It didn't seem possible that there wasn't a legal process in place to determine eligibility before someone can run for President.

But now, after years of fake pandering and whining from "conservatives", there's still no process. Trump is correct. Many judges in the US have gone insane, and the Constitution has no relevance to whatever their agenda is. The dems will play tough. If the issue isn't settled, you'll have the inauguration put on hold, or the VP inaugurated. We'd have to be very careful about who Cruz chose as a VP.

One thing I've noticed. Most often, Trump's out-there proclamations that cause a frenzy are absolutely 100% true. I wouldn't be one bit surprised if Trump has heard some whisperings of plans to tie up any Cruz nomination in the courts.
