Liars all.
They care NOT about our own uneducated or poorly educated who need and qualify for these low level jobs.
The people you talk about do not ever show up and even apply....they live with mama or on the government dole. The skilled worker issue is one thing, but this unskilled labor is quite another. Is a truly great country one where it's own citizens do the very low end of the totem pole work? I'm not so sure it is. Again, quite a different issue from higher skilled jobs and workers....
