Why trouble yourself with the Second Amendment when you don’t even care about basic separation of powers issues? Barack Obama certainly isn’t going to - not when there are guns to grab and he’s pretty confident, probably with good reason, the media won’t call him out for his next round of power abuse.

Then it has no relevance or force of law. I will not observe such dictates. In fact if he does I will seem out and purchase a couple of firearms from private sellers just so I can be a test case for this.
