Lynch’s comment ought to (but probably won’t) draw severe opprobrium from not only the Senate and House, but the IG and any number of private watchdog organizations, including the ACLU.
This kind of violation of the Equal Protection clause by the top Justice official for the nation is inexcusable and appalling.
