I think it might be time to bring back the draft.
For men and women ... 2 years in military or peace corps type service ... must spend at least 6 months in 3rd world country.
Yeah, I know all about the "it's slavery" argument, but with citizenship comes responsibility.

Here’s a thought about citizen “responsibility.” Everyone who is able bodied should work for a living. No handouts from government, unless old or disabled.

Its slavery, and my daughter isn’t spending 2 years in some crapistan hell hole. Citizenship does not come with responsibility, it comes with rights.

No draft. It isn’t necessary, it doesn’t improve the fighting force, it is a detriment to good order and it is just an excuse for spoiled brats to eff up everything that is good about being an infantryman.
