The quip about wiping the server with a cloth was likely a lame attempt at humor. Hillary has made several comments—mostly in emails—that reveal a stunning lack of technological comprehension. The only one I can recall was a verbal remark, to the effect that her private server could not have been hacked bc secret service agents were guarding the house in which it was located.
