Until the Black Community recognizes that Black Leadership is systematically keeping Black Americans in poverty and second class citizenship for their own political purposes the circumstances of the Black Community will remain as it is or worsen.
Only the Black Community can improve their situation by taking responsibility and ownership of their own lives and futures.
The only thing that government can do to improve the lot of the Black Community is to cut social welfare programs forcing Black Men to take responsibility for their own progeny. Restoration of the Black Family will only happen when Women realize that the only support they will get for the children sired by Black Men will be from those Black Men and not from government.
Taking personal responsibility is the only salvation possible for the Black Community.
This Professor whether she realizes it or not is only pushing for more of the same for the Black Community. More death, more poverty and more hopelessness.

Yet another LWNJ “professing” at one of our universities. No wonder the education and skill levels of Americans are so abysmal when compared to the rest of the industrial world.
I just read a narrative from the immediate post-Civil War era where the author analyzed blacks and their behaviors and termed them “crime machines”.
