If you can stand up and urinate, without having to press things open, and without getting the urine all over yourself and your clothes, then you are a boy.
If you must only sit or squat while urinating so you do not get it all over yourself, then you are a girl.
Boys have prostates and an external scrotum. Girls have vaginas. Most generally this is immediately observable.
I don’t understand why this isn’t brought up as a child porn issue. Unless that’s their plan originally that there is no such thing as child porn?
