I agree with one of the Youtube posters, that this looks like a failed launch, that results in the snackbars blowing up their own weapons hideout/headquarters.
Lots of vids around of Islamists in Syria using improvised launchers of all kinds, and even trebuchets and catapults to launch missiles and arty rounds at the enemy.

Aside: is there a psychological categorization for people who keep repeating one short phrase over and over and over and over again? as though they don’t comprehend there’s more to talk about - or sometimes being silent might be better? All I hear in these videos is the same thing repeated endlessly a la “Hodor” or “I am Groot” - enunciation variation indicating the concepts being expressed, but inability to say anything but those words.
