150 troops is more than enough to:
1-Launch a strike on America, or at least pose a threat that makes defense and retaliation more difficult.
2-Protect oil drilling operations from U.S. or Canadian objections.
3-Prepare & maintain a forward operating base to accept a larger force when needed.
Exactly. This is very bad news for Canada,which does not have a pot to pi$$ in economically, and on top of that we have a poofter prime minister now.
