Obama didn’t “fail”, unfortunately. He is achieving exactly what he said he wanted to do.
How true!
This fatalism is especially depressing in the light of Kissinger’s diagnosis that Obama has basically UNWOUND EVERY foreign policy achievement of the last 40 years.
