Then your office manager, who was supposed to open the doors at 10: 00 AM, arrives at 10:30 AM. The new people ask what they can do and are handed a broom and asked to “straighten out the place.” By noon many are gone and never come back. Well, then tell him to get there by 8:00 AM and have the place ready to go by 9, or he's fired.
