President Obama is refusing to say whom he will support in the 2016 presidential election, but that's not stopping him from pouring accolades on Vice President Biden, who is considering jumping into the race. “I think Joe will go down as one of the finest vice presidents in history, and one of the more consequential,” Obama said in an interview on “60 Minutes” on Sunday. “I think he has done great work.”
