I guess this is what is described as a “frank exchange of ideas” in diplomatic circles.
Historically the Russians don’t like the Turks for all sorts of reasons. The words probably came quite easily to Putin.
I despise the Turks and their insane leader Erdogan!
They should NOT be in NATO!
