Beginning in 2008, additional countries joined for a broader agreement: Australia, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, the United States, and Vietnam, bringing the total number of participating countries to twelve.”

Similar agreements elsewhere have resulted in massive unemployment in the US, created perpetual and unending copyrights and patents, changed full time jobs to part time temp jobs without benefits, while allowing corporations to hire near slave laborers wherever slaves are cheapest, and created multi trillion dollar corporate gambling with the idea that “heads we win, tails we get taxpayer bailouts of our gambling losses.”
Basically a great big FU to America and Americans, meant to enrich multinational corporations that want to sell in our markets, but not hire Americans, buy American products, pay American taxes, and consistently push our government in the direction of socialism.
