While we were celebrating the “peace dividend” by figuring out how to supply condoms for Sandra Fluke, Russia had 20 years of access to the best Western technology and was using it to modernize their military. Don’t be so sure that they’re still at the dumb bomb stage.
He doesn't like to exercise US power because he considers us an international bully? He's a wimp? Both?
