While I disagree with the writer’s logic and reasoning, I agree with his conclusion. Not revealing a mass killer’s name is juvenile and silly. What next.....refuse to identify a killer as a Muslim because it might inflame anti-Muslim sentiment?
I guess everybody wants to follow Me-Gyn Kelly’s lead.....
Sheriff Hanlin, far from being an extremist merely supports the Second amendment. His refusal to name the shooter is silly in this world as it is since he is already glorified on the streams of dark and sinister Internet and that’s where his influence may work and his fame will reside.
I’ll likely vote for Hanlin next time as he runs a professional department.
On a related topic, it seems as if young and very ragged homeless have been streaming into Douglas County since the UCC shooting. I hope it’s just a seasonal migration.
In 2002, (Josh) Marshall used Talking Points Memo to report on Trent Lott's controversial comments praising Strom Thurmond's 1948 presidential run as a segregationist.[8] According to the Kennedy School of Government, Marshall was instrumental in fueling the ensuing scandal that eventually led to Trent Lott's resignation as Senate Minority Leader.[4]
I wasn't a Trent Lott fan but the “scandal” was a character assassination by Marshall for political effect. Marshall lauded and apologized for ex-Klansman Senator Robert Byrd upon his death. Marshall is a hypocrite and a hack.
Proof stupidity, ugliness, and low-T can all inhabit the same body.
