Lying.
Skulls full of MUSH
I’ve probably slept 20 nights in my hammock the last 3 years. I use nylon tie down straps as a sling and have never so much as broken off a leaf.
Stinking envirowacko Luddites.
The article (and the linked WSJ article inside of it) say nothing specific about any law. Who made that law? Or is this another one of those "executive actions"?
Idiocracy in action.
the headline lead me to erroneously believe it must have been the U of M....at Ann Arbor...for some reason....
I am very familiar with MSU campus and I know they take their trees seriously. They have many old and somewhat rare trees (you can tell by the signs identifying the species) and they super grow new trees with advanced fertilization techniques. When they have any new construction project (which they do all the time) they evaluate each tree on the site and fence around the drip lines of those that are deemed worth saving. No hammocks on MSU campus is fine with me. It’s a beautiful campus and I wish it to remain that way.
“The school is worried about environmental damage to trees.”
It’s statements like this that make me want to pray to sweet Lord Jesus to bring on Armageddon already. Stick a fork in us, we’re done.
This is an attack on the homeless.
And parents spend their hard earned money to sent their children to what has become little more than a state sponsored lunatic asylum .
They better not schedule any football games against Alabama.
First they came for the hammocks...
Are they going to shoot any dogs that start sniffing around at the base of one of their trees?!
Might you have a manufacturer link or name of your hammock?
University Bans Laying on lawns, Cites grass Damage
Don’t give them any ideas.
I sleep every night in a hammock in my bedroom, strung between two wall studs. Have for about four years. Goodbye back pain!
What an ignorant, uninformed statement. I’m embarrassed for you.
