Hilary Clinton is scheduled to testify before the House Select Committee on Benghazi on Oct 22nd. She has said she will make only one appearance before the committee. Chairman Gowdy has said repeatedly that he will NOT have Clinton appear until is he "reasonably certain that the committee has had access to all of Clinton's relevant emails."
With the leak a few days ago, that the FBI has successfully recovered Hillary's deleted emails, one assumes that means there are now 30,000+ emails out there which the committee has not seen, nor will get to see in the next 30 days, before Hillary testifies.
Indeed, the FBI has only said that it will take "months" before they finish their investigation, and presumably release the recovered emails.
If Chairman Gowdy, who I greatly respect, and who I believe has done an excellent job, is to be taken at his word, then don't we have to believe that he will cancel her scheduled appearance on Oct 22nd?
God, I hope he cancels.
Postpone until all the emails have been catagorize and the relevant Bengazi emails are made available to the cmte.
aren’t the laws that if one of those deleted Emails is work related she goes to prison?.. how about 100?
If he cancels, she won’t show up period.

She may or may not get a pass on her crimes, but I am pretty sure she is NOT the one who will decide this.
So, if I don’t want to testify more than once at a Congressional hearing, I can tell them to go to hell on a request for a second appearance?

Has Hillary been indicted yet? Is Lois Lerner in jail? Or Koskinen, or Gina McCarthy who also blatantly lied to Congress and oversees an agency who contaminated the Animas River? Any charges there? What about Huma or Cheryl Mills? No, no, no and no and no!!!
The FBI would NEVER allow Gowdy to see anything 0dunga doesn't WANT them to see. In other words, he'll only see meaningless garbage.
How is it Hillary can tell a congressional committee what it is will and will not do, or when she will or will not appear before the committee.
Somehow she has more rights as an American than you or I would ever have, I can see me called before a congressional committee and would say to them I will make only one appearance, I’m busy working on the campaign, the Ted Cruz campaign, I can’t be bothered by the progressive liberal democrat/rino communist uni-party.

How can she make that decision? If she is subpoenaed for 100 hearings, why does she think she only has to show once?

You can BET 0dunga has his NSA copying every word he speaks on the phone or writes via email about investigation of Hillary to be FORWARDED STRAIGHT TO HILLARY'S PEOPLE.
Gowdy should AVOID discussions via email or his regular phones/cellphones.. Engage in IN PERSON discussions at a remote location wherever possible.

I hold the exact opposite opinion of Chairman Gowdy. I think he’s done next to nothing, except to warm a seat, since he was appointed by Boehner in May of last year.
I further believe he will do everything in his power to kick this can down the road for as long as possible, as instructed by his bosses.
Why? Fisting his forehead to her Heinous’ apparent diktat that she will attend only one hearing would seem to support my opinion. With whatever deference Clinton deserves, she should still understand that she will front-and-center to any hearing she receives a summons to attend.
She has lied repeatedly. Gowdy has done nothing.
If Obama wants to pardon her, make him do it.
Who the hell is this pompus ass to tell congress when or hw many times she will show up and or testify?
