The Emperor’s New Clothes is the tale of an Emperor who loves clothes above all else. One day, two swindlers come to town who say they can weave the most magnificent, brilliantly colored cloth. And, they confide, garments made from this fabric have the special power of being invisible to those who are stupid or not fit for their post. The Emperor hires the swindlers and they set to work. In time, he sends trusted officials to check on the weaver’s progress. The officials see only empty looms but know of the cloth’s special power. So they tell the Emperor of the magnificent fabric.
The Emperor is presented with his new garments but sees nothing. Afraid to admit he’s stupid or unfit for his post, he wears the new clothes in a procession. The people, afraid of the cloth’s special power, rave over the exquisite raiment. But then a child says, “He hasn’t anything on.” The crowd echoes the child’s words, “He hasn’t anything on.” The Emperor realizes he’s been swindled and is not wearing any clothes. But he decides the procession must go on. So he walks more proudly than ever, as his noblemen hold high ‘the train that wasn’t there at all’.
In America we have our own invisible clothes only instead of material, it’s a wall. Instead of swindlers from out of town it’s our government. They tell us they’ve constructed a barricade to protect our border. They say their wall is magnificent, spans the width of the border and is so high that no one can scale it. But it’s a very special wall in that only generous compassionate people can see it. To the evil, hateful racists, the wall will be invisible.
The American people are confused. They don’t see the great wall. In fact...

Very good, as far as it went. The wise ones once again, claim that there now IS a wall.
Future chapters will continue the Donald Trump saga, and will chronicle his elective victory, his vanquishing the Wise Ones, aka The Corrupt Bastards Club, and his construction of an actual unscalable, impenetrable wall; a wall which, in the words of Don Trump, incorporates one beautiful gate, through which the best and brightest from other lands, may enter or reenter, via proper legal channels, if their intentions are to assimilate, speak English, and contribute to the National weal, as true enthusiastic Americans.
The problem with real walls is they can be used to stop people leaving.
Certain countries have been rather fond of this use, and I’m not sure some here don’t want to do likewise.
