Judicial Tyranny: Kentucky Judge Does With A Gavel What Bull Connor Did With Dogs And Fire Hoses By Todd Starnes September 04, 2015 FoxNews.com

Pastor Rick Warren once told me the fight for religious liberty would become the civil rights issue of our generation.

On Thursday Pastor Warren's prophetic words were fulfilled at the hands of the United States Government. It happened in the Commonwealth of Kentucky where Judge David Bunning ordered U.S. Marshalls to arrest Kim Davis - the clerk of Rowan County, Kentucky.

History has taught us that sometimes words are not enough. Sometimes to right a wrong, we must take action. We must be willing to consider the cost. We must be willing to stand up to judicial tyranny.

Mrs. Davis is a devout Christian who refused to issue gay marriage licenses. She claimed that doing so would violate her religious beliefs.

The declaration in Obergefell that “same-sex couples may exercise the fundamental right to marry in all States” is illegitimate. Kennedy, Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan acted as legislators, an act infinitely beyond the authority of the Court. They should be impeached for their lawlessness, abuse of power, and violation of their Oath. States must defend their people from this illegitimate diktat.

“Have you seen his picture? He looks like an arrogant SOB”

He is apparently a second-generation judge. Probably feels like he’s entitled to be a major big shot.

Fifty years ago, the HIPPIE movement declared marriage DEAD, Outdated, a relic of the Dark Ages. After all, the marriage license was ONLY a piece of paper. If you loved someone who needed a license!

Now, those same OLD Hippies and their children have declared Marriage one of the most important things two people can take part in!
BUT ONLY IF YOU ARE GAY!

So, are WE required to partake of the perverted sacrifices to god Caesar Obama or be thrown in jail?

Nobody is stopping Ms. Davis from preaching, if she wanted to do so.

Imposing her religious beliefs as a representative of the government when they come to her office, and telling her deputy clerks that they cannot issue licenses regardless of what their religious or personal beliefs might tell her is a different matter.

Not only should she reaffirm there is NO Law to enforce, but she should LOUDLY point out Rights don’t require license.

Yet, I doubt I’d see the Federalies/etc. NOT prosecuting someone for utilizing their 2nd A. Rights vs. Fed/State ‘Law’....

This POS judge is the son of former GOP Senator Bunning (major league pitcher). This unqualified judge was appointed at the age of 35 by, you guessed it George W Bush obviously as a favor to one of his favorite pitchers. Too bad the punk isn’t aware of the US Constitution.

The proper response to this juducual tyranny is for a couple thousand loyal Christians to march to the courthouse where Kim Davis is being held, and free her. Temporarily. Maybe just for a few hours. Then to return her to her cell.

I’m fairly sure Mrs. Davis would agree to that.

It would serve to demonstrate to all the parties involved — the dykes, the judge, the marshalls, the media, the queer community, the world — that law only exists with the consent of the governed, and that the very people who empower those authorities can withdraw that authority when the needs of The People are no longer heeded.

Kennedy, Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan acted as legislators, an act infinitely beyond the authority of the Court.

Page 5 of Obergefell:

(5) There may be an initial inclination to await further legislation, litigation, and debate, but referenda, legislative debates, and grassroots campaigns; studies and other writings; and extensive litigation in state and federal courts have led to an enhanced understanding of the issue. While the Constitution contemplates that democracy is the appropriate process for change, individuals who are harmed need not await legislative action before asserting a fundamental right.

There is the judicial arrogance for all to plainly see. The country doesn't have to wait for the representative process to work, because these few judges have an "enhanced understanding" and know better than the rest of us.

The Separation of Powers doesn't apply to them, and the separation of powers didn't apply to Kim Davis when an appointed judge jailed an elected executive.

That summry by Margret Mitchell from her novel , "Gone With the Wind" now applies to all of America, not just the South.

Not just a gavel. They actually put her in handcuffs and ankle shackles. The thug in black disgusts me as much as the Klan thugs in white robes did years ago.
