Of course, Donald Trump appeared once again unaware that the Silent Majority most popularly referred to those Americans who supported the Vietnam War, often viewed as one of the greatest quagmires of our time.

Wrong. The Silent Majority reference in late 1969 referred to those who were not engaged in the anti-American, anti-war protests and who had not become part of the so-called counterculture of the '60s. Some supported the war in Vietnam and some didn't, but they refused to a part of what had become a very anti-American, anti-establishment protest of nitwits and even violent extremists.

And the Silent Majority refused to be in any way associated with the activities of such as Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dohrn, Abby Hoffman, Jane Fonda, Tom Hayden, and the ‘60s David Horowitz and many others from that era.

This writer has no clue, or he’s just another leftist liar.
