You’re overthinking this. All that is needful is for the Fourteenth Amendment to be applied according to the original intent of its framers. Which means that the children of illegal invaders are NOT granted automatic U.S. citizenship, because they are not “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” the United States of America. They are subject to the jurisdiction of the country from which their parents came.
Just keep the oath to support and defend the Constitution, as the oath of office requires.

I agree, my alternative is to cram the letter of their bloated laws down the leftists throats till they puke.
Ideally this crap will end by the government actually following existing law and not illegally non-enforcement like the situation is now.
I agree with you. It appears anything that is written especially as to the Constitution can be and is being construed for the benefit of peoples who do not want to honor the intentions of the Founding Fathers and the written wording of that Instrument. When persons, even so called honorable, know it all, are willing to take from one legal person one iota of government in any form to give to a non-legal person of any age the US will lose It’s identity as a beacon of fairness. For some this does not matter.
