Well when their visa expires or when they try to leave in order to avoid abandoning their citizen child they have to renounce the citizenship of their child in order to go home with their kid.
If they stay and their visa expires, they are breaking the law and either CPS pays them a visit or they renounce their child’s USA citizenship on their out of the country.
