My suggestion would be to bill Mexico for these births and if they didn’t pay, take it through other means. Cut their trade ties off until they get serious and stop this crap.

Every-time an illegal from Mexico gets a band aid from an American ER and doesn’t pay, we should send a bill for 1,000 bucks to the nearest Mexican consulate.
Half our damned hospitals should be paid for and have state of the art equipment and well trained staff courtesy of the mexican government....
But they don’t be cause we are chumps for the people wanting cheap labor and democrap votes.
