Income Inequality & You
The Vanity Post | August 10, 2015 | 1-Eagle

Posted on 08/10/2015 6:03:29 PM PDT by 1-Eagle

What is "income inequality" exactly? It is a devious euphemism for the Free Market and the American Dream. Devious, because in this way communists can attack the Free Market and the American Dream without directly seeming to do so.

Literally millions of people have immigrated here legally and trespassed illegally hoping and praying "Please God, let there be some income inequality here" because in their countries of origin there is none.

In those third country hell-holes they fled from people are born poor, live poor and die poor. It is absolute income equality there, and likely heralded as a "workers paradise". With a bottle of vodka in hand, it may seem so. That is, after all, what got survivors of the former Soviet Union through decades of "workers paradise": Vodka.

When Chris Wallace challenged Rand Paul's tax reduction as increasing "income inequality" on Sunday, Rand replied with a mathematical defense, but did not challenge the Marxist dogma behind the question.

Rand should have replied with a rhetorical question: "Chris, do you make more income than other people in America, and are you prepared, comrade, to confess your guilt and apologize?"

Next we should prepare for the "housing inequality" sure to follow, and what about car inequality? Food inequality? Fine dining causes unfairness?

Bernie Sanders (paraphrased): We're here to send a message... billionaires, we have the guts to come after you.

Success now puts a target on your back. They are coming after you.

How many inspiring stories are there of people who arrived in this country with pocket change, got jobs, opened a small business, poured their entire lives into that business for decades, and became successful. These were not people hoping to find income equality, they had heard about the Free Market in America and the American Dream. Being equal is something they could have accomplished by staying home. They came here to improve their way of life, and make the lives of their children better than what they had. But this is all nothing but pure evil in the eyes of communists. Only the politburo in Washington DC are allowed to experience prosperity.

Now the American Dream is being destroyed. Families who have invested their lives into their businesses and finally find success after many years and have a chance to enjoy a better life for themselves and their families have done so only to have a communist democrat show up and tell them they are making too much money, gotta have 50% of everything you produce now. Success must be punished for the common good.

I'm still working 6 days a week as a truck driver so I don't have much time or opportunity to post, so don't be surprised if I don't reply right away.

Thank you everyone for keeping FR going.

They have to rip it out of your paycheck first. Please be content in the bread line, comrade.

Bart Simpson: Didn’t you wonder why you were getting checks for doing absolutely nothing?
Grampa: I figured ‘cause the Democrats were in power again. ..

Income Inequality:
I make $100,000. I pay $45,000 into assorted taxes. I support one other person who has a lot more spare time and eats better than I can...has free kids and free health care...free phone and free housing. And pays no taxes. One if us is getting really screwed.

On that same note... I predicted the $15 min wage in Seattle (or was it Portland?) would be a disaster. The stories are starting to come in now. Yes, as I predicted prices are going up. Wage inflation causes price inflation. But one of the recent stories is sickening. Turns out that workers getting their pay doubled to $15 are at risk of losing the free benefits, so instead of acquiring a “living wage” and moving up in the world, they are asking employers to work them only 4 days so they can keep all the freebies!!!!!!!

LOL.

Democrats treat the US Treasury like ponzi scheme criminals treat investors funds. When I watch episodes of "American Greed" I'm thinking: "If these people had run for office as democrats they would never have seen a day in jail."

I would just throw back at Matthews that there is tremendous inequality in stature, fame, and power, and the left says nothing about this.

Why can't we all have TV shows like him? Why can't we all vacation in the Hampton's like the Hollywood left and the Clintons? Why can't we all have the ability to stop traffic when we need to get somewhere? Why don't we all get to voice our opinions on national television? Why don't we all get to drive cars that cost more than $100,000, or be chauffeured around? Why do we have to fly commercial? Why don't we all get pension packages equal to Congress? Why don't we all have body guards? Why don't we all get to ignore court orders and subpoenas? etc. etc. etc.

Why so much inequality Chris?

Those are all great rejoinders but I think it is important to identify "income inequality" as a Marxist term.

I was listening on SiriusXM but I think it was Chris Wallace, not Matthews. For the latter, I would ask: Is it fair for some to get tingles up their leg, but others?
